Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) promises to finally close the security gap that’s been opened by the emergence of remote working. SASE essentially allows organisations to apply the same level of security to all their endpoints, including employee laptops, smartphones and other devices. The benefits are obvious, but implementing SASE can be challenging – integration is complex, there can be user acceptance barriers, and it comes with additional costs too.
