In 2023, Sapna established London Tech Futures, a non-profit organisation whose mission is to provide young people in London with access to digital skills training, alternative tech employment prospects, laptop donations, and creative outreach initiatives. Sapna has a passion for fostering the potential of the next generation and creating a more diverse and inclusive tech and digital skills workforce of the future. As a life science graduate, she never would have envisioned the variety of working environments and cultures she has encountered in her career experiences spanning government, industry, university, and consulting. She has switched occupations, grown, and acquired new abilities, proving that everything is achievable.
