Vimal is a result and goal-oriented person with more than 12 years of experience in technology consulting and customer success in the B2B SaaS industry, both in India and the international markets. He joined Zoho corp in 2010 as a Senior Presales Consultant and has since been promoted to various roles, including Global Head of Presales and now Head of Strategic Accounts. He is responsible for the technical consulting, implementation and customer success of all of the UKI customers.
Vimal’s experience included working on every aspect of the sales cycle, from planning and executing effective technical meeting agendas.
