During this session, women cybersecurity leaders will address the pressing gender gap that remains in the field. With women making up just 25% of the cybersecurity workforce, urgent progress needs to be made to diversify the profession, especially in the face of a global shortage of more than 4 million professionals. Panellists will discuss their personal experiences of working in a male-dominated profession, how we can collectively address the challenges of attracting and retaining women and inspire individuals from all backgrounds to embark on a career.
